Payment Terms — one-time payment processed securely by Razorpay; prices in USD internationally and INR in India; taxes may apply.
Refund Policy — 6-month money-back guarantee. Refund requests may require reasonable proof that you implemented the course material (the "Proof of Work" requirement). Refunds are not available for policy violations, account bans caused by the buyer, or completed downloads combined with chargeback abuse. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may lead to access termination.
Intellectual Property Rights — all course content, trademarks and materials are owned by Shapinfinity and protected by copyright.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities — no scraping, reselling, misrepresentation or unlawful use of the site or content.
Results Disclaimer and Earnings Disclosure — results are not guaranteed; testimonials reflect individual experiences; earnings depend on effort and market conditions.
